Operation Instruction for Immobilization

Step 1: Plug in the heating blanket and wait for 2-3 minutes allowing the blanket to heat up.

Step 2: Place the required shape and size of the splint in the heating blanket until it is translucent and flexible.

Step 3: On the sleeve, wrap the soft splint over the injury quickly and wind the splint with the bandage, mold by hand if necessary. Take off the bandage 2-3 minutes later and fix the two ends and middle point using multi-buckle string or H & L tape.

Now the immobilization is complete.

Adjusting

If the muscle under the splint becomes intumescence or designation, the splint often gets too loose or swathed, if the splint slides away or if it is uncomfortable, just loosen the string and re-fix the brace again, it’s very convenient.

Taking off

Nothing easier than taking the splint off; just loosen the string and detach.

Attention

1. Without heating the splint altering the shape may cause damage.

2. Use the right size and shape to avoid discomfort.

3. Keep the splint dry.

4. Remember to turn off the power to the blanket.
